It includes online video training accessible via a personal member space (lifetime access), weekly 1-hour group coaching sessions, 3 individual calls with your coach, as well as access 5 days a week from Monday to Friday to ask your questions via a Voxer/WhatsApp/Signal/Telegram-style channel (unlimited answers within 48H).
